Lithium ion batteries have attracted the attention of many researchers because of their high energy densities. In the past several decades, researchers have made exclusive studies for lithium ion battery materials. Among them, LiMn2O4 is the most important cathode material of the lithium-ion battery because of its low cost,low toxicity,high voltage platform and simple preparation process,Naturally become a hot research。In the lithium-ion battery electrode materials research。Many references have reported LiMn2O4 films prepared by PLD, and most of those studies are mainly focused on the electrochemical properties of the films.But the Preparation technical and physical properties of films,only less work. In this paper,we adopted PLD technology Materials be made of the thin film materials, In particular through the control of thin film growth conditions, Receive the thin film materials of orientation or preferred orientation,and Research the impact of growth conditions to microstructure of the film. Through to physical properties of the film test and Analysis of its physical properties,For the practical application of materials to provide experimental guidance.So we prepared LiMn2O4 film by PLD in the stainless steel substrate and the silicon substrate (111)and Discussed the impact of the substrate and pulse frequency on the surface morphology of films and detailed study the impact of the substrate and pulse frequency on the thickness and growth rate of the thin film.Main activities include the following:1. Documents think that two different substrates to the impact of the thickness and growth rate of thin film is equivalent.However, we show in this paper that different substrates to the impact of the thickness and growth rate of thin film is not equivalent,but strongly dependent on the substrate with the increase of pulse. In the process of thin film deposition,the substrate play an important role on microstructure and surface morphology of the thin film2. Thickness and growth rate of the thin film also strongly dependent on pulse frequency.Different pulse frequency,thickness and growth rate of the thin film is different,Pulse frequency plays an important role also on microstructure and surface morphology of the film.
