The design of highway ,and the construction prospect forecast is inaccuracy , the standard revision cannot follow rapid development of highway traffic ,so each traffic line as well as navigation channel in our nation has the massive problem of headroom scant .In such a state of affairs,we often dismantle, reestablish,so we will be confronted with long period construction ,large communication influence ,high cost and so on.It is essential to seek a construction craft and plan of construction to reduce adverse effect,specially reduce the project cost and to the environment the most mild degree .Therefore, Jacking-up technology has broad prospects .The paper takes some reinforced concrete continual frame bridge as a background.It firstly uses the general finite element procedure to carry on the analysis. It analyses the influence of rising insynchronism to the superstructure supporting capacity, and the reaction of the supports and the influence of load change to the original bridge pier, the temporary pillar and the pile foundation endogenic force. Then, the paper introduced its transformation and the job practice, the technical process, the key technologies and so on.Then it proposed the bridge jacking-up practice, step and the monitor control method. According to the structure performance contrastive analysis , we can see, after the elevating bridge , the original structure stressful condition change is not big.Compared to reconstructs of the new bridge with the demolition ,it may save the massive construction funds, and alleviates traffic pressure. Moreover, it can short construction period, reduce cost and difficulty,and the environmental protection benefit is remarkable.Especially it does not affect a bridge to pass through and so on. it may improve the bridge operational performance obviously. Bridge technological transformations method is worth promoting.In this paper, we expect that it can provide the reference to jacking-up technology in engineering construction's application.
