Study On Kinematics And Kinetic Of Rumble Strip Cutter In Its Working Process

Based on the results from the studies of the cold milling machine by our predecessors, this paper analysis the kinematics and kinetic of the rumble strip equipment in its working process,which helps us on theory and technique to the design and manufacturing of the rumble strip equipment with signlity in theory and practice.By the analysis on the typical rumble strip equipment,this paper sets up the kinematics model of the mathematical and its main model of the parameters, And sets up the kinematics mathematical model of the rumble strip equipment in its working process. Based on this kinetic equation, it successfully elicits the movement, speed ,acceleration, and other relevant parameters of the single-cutter,and ascertains the connection between the rumble strip equipment and the rumble strip.Based on the kinematics model, combining the results from the studies of the kinetic on the cold milling machine by our predecessors,it sets up the kinetic physical model of the rumble strip equipment. And using the software of MATLAB, simulates the kinematics and kinetic of the rumble strip equipment in its working process. And makes a concrete analysis of the simulation, elicits the orbit of axis motion, the single-cutter'orbit, the velocity and acceleration motion orbit,and analysis of the single-cutter'forces.
