With the development of transportation and urbanization in an accelerating pace,bridge will play a key in both tail way and road traffic systems.To meet the need of fluent transportation,various innovations of bridge types,such as with bridge with large span and super large have been constructed in the recent years in Ching. Of the new types of bridges, The cable-stayed bridge has been widely used thanks to its small dead weighe, Large capacity of spanning in length directions, and good vibration adopting capacity so on.With improving and perfecting designing theorys, the method improvement and the new materials application being under construction, pull development of cable-stayed bridge being entering a brand-new times. The design liberty degree pulling a cable-stayed bridge is very big, can accept force state by changing structure's coming the force adjusting a rope.Once structure arrangement can find a group of cable force , it make structure optimum reporting under determinacy load effect in some being reached by force function index. So it's very important in the design of cable-stayed bridge to fing out the optimum cable tensions under dead loads and opinions diverge fron eath other, Tht studys and the designers have concluded many methods to determine a reasonable completed status of prestressed concrete cable stayed bridge. Each method has its character in condition. Based on primary study to several methods, this article proposes a comprehensive method that takes Minimum Bending Energy method together with Zero Tensioning Force method, or that takes Influence Matrix method together with Zero Force method. That it so called Comprehensive method.In the article there is also an analysis about the influence to the complete status of the prestressed concrete cable stayed bridge of such factors as the stiffness change of the girder and deflection of cables and concrete creep and the temperature change. This must be useful to engineer to take a reasonable stress limitation in determining the reasonable completed status.Also, we talk about two problems that we meet in the construction and analysis it.
