With rapid development of the high-speed rail passenger line,the high-performanceconcrete is widely used in railway construction for the normal use and service liferequirements in recent years. Predicting the life of high-performance concrete,which isgreat signified for designing and durability of the structure of the normal use.This paper, based on box girder passenger characteristics and durability requirementsof the Shitai passenger line ,considers carbonation destruction as the main factors,andcombines chloride infiltration and sabotage, forcasts the life of high-performanceconcrete.Specific research into the following aspects:1 .Spot inspection of the entire box girder preparation of tracking, data acquisition;2. The carbonation effective facters are diversity and compatibility to grey theory.It is used in correlation analysis for analazing and forcasting the carbonation life from the aspect of mathematical model under shloride ion coupling;3. Slag and fly ash are used as the main admixture of high-performance concrete in experiments of this paper, the effect of durability and carbonation life of high-performance concrete are studied through experiments.4.Using the existing model of carbonation, through the chloride ion penetration test and rapid carbonation test data, to fit data and mend the formula,in order to create.
