Rotating machinery is familiar key equipment of all fields in the world, and it is the important equipment that is widely applied in national economy and national defence projects. The vibration performance of rotating blade affects the security and credibility of rotating machinery. Many failures of rotating machinery which caused by blade vibration super-standard have emerged in endlessly. As the fault diagnosis technology developing rapidly, a lot of blade virbration measuring and testing methods have been researched widely. Vibration performance parameters testing technology of the rotating blade based on BTT has been researched in this dissertation. Design and accomplish the testing experiment, good result has been obtained.Main work is shown as follows:1. Natural frequency of blade has been figured out, and vibration model has been set up by vibration theory. Amplitude and phase frequency responses have been analysed, the theory of speed-vector-end-tracking method has been discussed. All of the work aboved is the groundwork of vibration testing experiment.2. Dynamic performance of blade such as natural frequency, vibration mode, and harmonic response have been analysed by computer emulation. Thereby, vibration modality of the real blade is forecasted, and vibration parameters are estimated.3. Exciting force model of blade has been set up according the characteristic of gas shock excitation. Spectrum of the exciting force has been analysed and emulated. Thereby, the theory of contrast analyzing among intension of each step blade resonance has been offered.4. Bend and wrest vibration tesing blue-print has been designed. Speed-vector- end-tracking method which used to capture the nature frequence of blade and the method of capturing the most vibration amplitude have been discussed.5. In the experiment of testing blade vibration performance parameters, the data of vibration has been dealed with smoothness and curve fitting method, the certain parameters of blade vibration has been gotten. The result is very creditable. Thereby, the validity of the testing method has been validated. Combel-figures have been draw as the credibility gist to evaluating blades vibration performance.
