Although the principle is same with the conventional transformer, but have a great of differences from the transformer ever. Than the PCB transformer, this new type of transformer combination of semiconductor technology, in the semiconductor substrate on the use of doping etching process to a certain carrier density of the coil, the smaller, more efficient, more power density, is the true meaning of the "semiconductor" transformer.This paper first through conventional transformer on the basic structure and working principle leads to the transformer semiconductor design, described the semiconductor transformer and a three-dimensional model of the coil structure, and use a transformer to the analytical method for analysis, simulate using simulation software.
