Then, the part related to new town construction methods in our country. The last part is resonsideration, which part analyzed the TOD Town's flaw in practice for objective, complete understanding of TOD Town.On the ground of analysis of TOD Town's theory and paactice, the paper put it to the broad socio-economic background and in the ideology background. The paper also analyzed dialectically of the TOD Town's function in urban system and its use of transfering industrial and population. Accorading to overseas and domestic case, it statementsed design essential factor and operating feature on the TOD Town. In the same time, the paper forecasted the foreground and tendency of the TOD Town.
