Study On The Fault Diagnosis To The Electrical System In The Mobile Power Station

The technology on the fault diagnosis is an important factor which can enhancethe reliability, repairability, and effectiveness of the electrical system. It plays animportant role in using and safeguarding the mobile power station.Firstly, the paper approaches the technology on the fault diagnosis, goes tothediagnosis with the fault dictionary (DWFD), the principle of the method called Greyforecasting Diagnosis in particular. And also in the view of the problem in applyingthe fault dictionary to practice, the method combined Grey Controlling Theory withDWFD is used to form the general program to the fault diagnosis.Secondly, based on the principle of the mobile power station, the program aboutthe hardware and software on the fault diagnosis system, which applies the 8031singlechip as its kernel, is put forward. As for hardware, it includes signals adjustingcircuit, resetting circuit designs, as well as the design for connection circuit belongedto the outer equipment. Main controlling program, keys functions program, collectingdata program and the branches program for LCD have been designed in the software.Finally, considering the possible sources of interferes, some plans have beenputforward to solve them in the paper.The equipment for the fault diagnosis to the electrical system, which basedon theabove designing programs, works well in Dagang Oil Field. All the functions of thedeveloped fault diagnosis are normal, the result is expected.
