With the development of automobile industry, more and more manufacturers and users regard automobile air conditioning system as an important part of automobile, because automobile air conditioning system is necessary for the comfort of it. Evaporator is the important part of vehicle air conditioning system, and its capability has a great many influence for the comfortable,economical and credible capability of air conditioning system. Researching the dynamic properties of refrigeration system is a focus among the nternational refrigeration academic. With the help of numeric simulation technique,we can analysis the system's steady state and dynamic performance so that achieve the modernization of the designs method on the Atuo Air Conditioner, these are very important in theory and application fields.Firstly, introduced status and structure of laminated evaporator,and analysed of the evaporator heat transfer mechanism. In order to obtain reliable results, the original model not was simplified. 3D models of the cooling plate and fluid between cooling paltes were established by using UG software, Based on real size of 58 laminated evaporator .then, fluid model between cooling plate was meshed by using Gambit software, analysed flow resistance using Fluent software and provide numerical simulation parameters for evaporator. Processed evaporator performance experiment in order to determine the validity and accuracy of simulation model and provide some parameters for the simulation evaporator. Reasonable simplification 58 evaporator to establish evaporator simulation model using AMESim software and set numerical simulation parameters, the simulation results were compared with experimental results. Results show that Fluent united with AMESim software simulate to studying evaporator performance was feasible and effective. Finally ,the use of joint simulation technology researched change of cooling plate structure, evaporator structure and air flow on the impact of evaporator performance, some reasonable suggestions of improvement evaporator were given combining comprehensive analysis o results. The research of the paper not only obtained the dynamic performance of the evaporator, provided references models and verification methods for evaporator design and improvement, shortening the time periods of product design and reducing the cast of design, but also reserved a valuable numerical model and relevant technical data for the factory. Meanwhile, United simulation technology of Fluent and AMESim was used successfully. Such an attempt was valuable both in academic research and in practical technology.
