With the development of science and technology,modern machine is developing toward the trends of complication,low quality,heavy load and high speed,this brings lots of power machines bring strong noise. As the result of the noises, the people feel very annoyance in their daily life.In order to reduce the noise that many theories of reducing equipment noise, successful experience and acquired lots of useful achievements have been summarized after decades of research and practice.To investigate the dynamic transmission mechanism and control strategy of the flexible isolation system from the viewpoint of power flow is one of the leading research issues in the field of vibration and noise control. With the background of the actual project, based on the mechanical vibration and mechanical impedance method, the article carries out a research work on transmission of power flow in complex vibration system.The method of study vibration transmission is summarized, the power flow theory is stated, the single sinusoidal excitation harmonic and more sinusoidal excitation harmonic vibration power flow expression has been given.Through access to a large number of domestic and foreign references, flexible base vibration isolation system of single-layer and multi-layer model are established. According to the cross-disciplinary and similarity, the Thevenin equivalent circuit analysis method is applied to the system power flow calculation and verify its reliability.The tansmission of power flow on each coupling interface is calculated and the power flow transmission characteristics is analyzed in this paper.By means of the Matlab programming language,the responsibility and power flow transmissibility were simulated and the vibration isolation systems acceleration curve is plotted and the influence of structural parameters on power flow is systemically studied.The effect of the single-srage and multi-stage vibration isolation system is compared through the Matlab simulation. Acceptance of the project the subject shows that the system can accurately forecasts the vibration isolation at the design stage and provides valuable reference to achieve the complexity of vibration isolation system's optimal controlling, that possess great reference value to the project.
