Studies on bonding capability under monotony load has been developed well while under cyclic load is few. The research method and status on bonding capability of reinforced concrete is analyzed from experiment, theory and finite analysis. 3-D modeling method is established, and exploring experiment is made. Numerical model is made for the pulling out pieces under cyclic load, and the interfacial debonding capability and influences of reinforced concrete are studied.3-D finite model is established through body and volume. The dimensions of the steel, anchored depth and thickness of the safeguard are all considered. Cyclic load is chosen according to practicality engineering, the effect of the friction is also discussed. Several conclusions are gained and compared with the theory and experimental result. The smaller the dimension of the steel is, the stronger the bonding is. Increasing the anchor length properly can decrease the debonding velocity. The bonding intensity is in direct ratio to safeguard thickness. The bonding intensity holds the line when the thickness reaches to a certainty. Reasonable values are reached for the diameter of the steel, anchoring length and safeguard depth under different cases. The debonding case of the steel is different under different loading manners. The steel under changing range load debonds first, the steel under two-stage load can carry through the longest time, the time of the steel under same range load is between the steel under changing range load and two-stage load. When design members, the manners of the applying load should be considered, proper measures should be made to strengthen capability as well. The effect of friction was discussed by setting friction or not, the result of numerical result is primary validated through experiment, and consultant advices are supplied for further trial research.
