| The process of electric generator stator bar-ends cure-heating is a key step during the generator production.Whether the quality of the electric generator stator bar-ends cure-heating is good or not impact the generator's performance and life directly.But now, the degree of automation of the bars cure-heating systems in the national is not enough, as many of them are simply made of temperature instruments,sensors and heating components which are control of poor performance, more workers from manual operation, lower normative and a large number of human waste.In view of this status, the key technologies of the bar cure- heating control are studied to take the Bar of curing heating system used by the generator manufacturing plant in Jinan as the target.That system uses STEP 7 that is S7-300 PLC programming software to achieve the PID control in electric heating system by software programming method, and give out the monitoring interface for system running by Simens configuration software WinCC, thus the temperature control system accomplishes multi-curve heating and increases the degree of automation,then improves the quality of the bar cure-heating. However, because the stator bar cure- heating system is a habitual part, and it's a typical non-linear and strong-coupling system, which is impacted by the resistance wire, air convection, and other environmental factors, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model and not achieve the desired effect of control for the system overshoot is large that its tolerance may be 6℃even it is satisfied with production requirements. At the same time, the development of the current theory of intelligent control and intelligent control methods provide more solutions for the bars cure-heating control to improve the effective control.Among them, fuzzy control technology as a more mature approach has been increasingly used in the heating control system, and computer controller appears, which is represented by PLC and is the program control instead of the manual control with the development of the automation technology and computer technology.The paper based on theoretical research of the intelligent control technology analyzes the cure-heating device actual running conditions,so take the method of Fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters to adjust the PID parameters K P, K I and K D and the output according to the real-time heating temperature feedback as the control plan for the non-linear and one step inhabital system. Thus, control the heaters action to achieve the objective of heating temperature control by solute the strong-coupling between the multi-loops of heating and improve the automatic control degree of the cure- heating control system. By simulating in matlab and analysizing the simulated results,compare Fuzzy control effects with traditional PID,then the results show that on the basis that do not rely on accurate mathematical model,fuzzy control strategy is a better solution to the electric heater defects of the non-linear,strong coupling, and the programming method which is simple, and bring rapid response and better control performance if the capacity of fuzzy inquiry form is not large, can be applied to similar industrial occasions so that it is reasonably practicable to be an ideal method of temperature control. |
