The increased running speed of train puts forward a lot of new requests for locomotive vehicle and brings new subjects. Vibration is an important problem of high speed train; it affects not only the safety of high speed train operation but also high speed train's riding comfortableness. Along with the continuously increasing of railway velocity, the widening in frequency-domain under random excitation resulted from the non-smoothing level of rail, this induces the increasing in vertical and transverse vibration acceleration and excites elastic vibration of car body at more high frequency by acting on car body with bogie. When some inherent frequency of bogie and car body structure accords, the amplitude in corresponding part of car body will augment. This make car body and bogie occur coupled vibration and occur bigger displacement. People will feel the vibration, accordingly this will affect the riding comfortableness and fatigue life of car body and so on. The elastic vibration of car body has direct effect on running quality of vehicles, it is not accurate to consider the rigid vibration so and the elastic vibration of car body can not be ignored, so to analysis elastic vibration of the whole vehicle system may better study the coupled vibration between components of vehicle system. This paper establishes the elastic vehicle structure model and proceeds dynamics analysis .The coupled vibration analysis on parts of coach is based on modal analysis and response analysis. First to proceed modal analysis of finite element model , one of whose targets is to avoid occurring resonance and harmful vibration shape and the other is to provide necessary basis for response analysis. In the responding analysis, the paper has respectively discussed system response under wide band excitation and different sine excitation, concretely analyzed the interaction between vehicle parts. This result is compiled with the rigid dynamical analysis of system. This paper analyses the effect between parts of coach resulted from the inherent frequency. This can avoid happening ruinous resonance.
