The temperature of a train's axis will be raised when the train moves at its high speed, which is likely to cause axes-break even the subversion of the train. At present, we generally use the infrared journal temperature detecting system to exam the temperature signal of the train-axletree. But the vibration of train processing at high speed as well as the replacement for the sensor causes to infrared search unit frequently to deviate the best survey angle. Currently, the adjustment in scene mainly depends on the artificial way, so its operational and the objective fairs can't achieve the level.This paper introduces a macro-design of the correcting equipment that is used for correcting infrared journal temperature detection point. This equipment is consisted of Micro Control Unit C8051F020 (contains A/D), focal lamp emulation array, magnification and separate module, communication module and power module. The equipment uses a frame to fix the focus lamp imitational array to the corresponding position exactly. The calorific radiation signals focus lamp simulates the heating axes signals and Micro Control Unit C8051F020 to control the brightness and darkness of every light in imitating arrays. Meanwhile, we collect relevant output of the infrared search unit make use of the approximate module to figure out the focusing position where the search unit is corresponding, and show the picture of that on lattice liquid crystal display to point out the personnel how to regulate the search unit and to do thing process precise locating. So the regulating velocity will be improved and the probing precision for the temperature of axes and the safety of regulators can be guaranteed.The correcting equipment uses Micro Control Unit C8051F020 as the hard core and uses the temperature signal of the focal lamp emulation array to imitate the temperature signal of the train-axletree, which collects and analyses the voltage of the infrared journal temperature detect system and displays the position of the current detecting point. It makes the fast-exact correcting the infrared journal temperature detection point reality.This thesis is according to the need for developing our railways nowadays and also the urgent need for infrared probing scene to make good use of application of computer technology and intelligent measuring technology synthetically, and to inosculate more advanced equipment and new technology. The infrared probing intelligent regulating equipment can replace the axes of train with the time that there is no train passing by and adopt the intelligent measuring technology to do exact regulation for infrared probing points of probing system for axes'temperature, so as to meet the urgent need for high-speed railway today.
