| While the sixth acceleration of railways is implemented well, CRH with the speed of 200~250km/h has been applied among major cities. In order to run high-speed railway wagons among developed cities and form a high-speed transportation net, the suitable high-speed railway wagons should be developed. Developing the high-speed wagon bogies is one of key techniques for high-speed wagon.Types, structure features and applications of foreign bogies are introduced on their suspension systems and load manners at first. Thus, the significance for developing our high-speed wagon bogies is indicated. Then, the basic principles and structures of high-speed bogies are described. Lastly, the design optimization of structure for the bogies with the axle load of 18t and the traveling speed of 160km/h is performed using the failure recovery method of reliability design. Their qualitative reliability design is thus realized. Besides, their dynamic performance simulations and dynamic and static strength analyses of major parts under several cases are performed using simulation method design of reliability design. Their qualitative reliability design is thus realized and the reliability design of high-speed wagon bogies is therefore performed.According to the actual running analysis, wagon bogies designed by this paper can satisfy the running requirements of empty and weight wagons with the speed of 160km/h, which establishes a foundation for the rapid and convenient transportation in the future.The research results obtained by this paper are very important to improve the design level of high-speed wagons in China. Among the results, structure and parameter design for elastic locating device and center rubber spring of axle box is unique and creative. The bogies designed by this paper will have good application and represent the development trend of high-speed wagon bogies. |
