Variable speed hydraulic technology is a new energy saving technology, pump-control-motor variable speed governing system is a basic translational system in variable speed translational system, but variable speed governing system have some faults ,including response slow and bad characteristic in deceleration quickly,etc, which extremely restrict the prevalent and development of the energy saving translation system. In view of the above problems, the thesis proposes conbination governing schcme of the two systems which are variable speed governing and valve control throttle governing and studies systemic on characteristic of pump-control-motor variable speed throttle combination governing system.The main research contents are as follows. Through researching simulation in time domain of pump-control-motor variable speed throttle combination governing system, the impact of the main parameter on system performance is studied. The analysis of the speed stiffness in theory, which is variable speed throttle combination governing system, and the way of the speed compensation in open-loop governing system, are given. The energy consumption analysis and experimental research of the two systems, which are variable speed throttle combination governing and valve control governing system. The open-loop control simulation of the three systems, which are variable speed throttle combiantion governing system, valve control governing system and variable governing system, are made, that analyze response performance of the motor speed comparatively and carry a experimental research of the system step response. The research on the speed curve tracking simulation and testing of the three systems, which are variable speed throttle combiantion governing system, valve control governing system and variable governing system, are given. PID control simulation of variable speed throttle combiantion governing system is made.To sum up, the thesis carrys out a detailed study for pump-control-motor variable speed throttle combination governing system and makes a comparative analysis from the two aspects which are theory and experiment, the result shows that the combiantion governing method is not only regulation flexible, convenience and fast response but also small power consumption. The method provides a reference for broaden the application scope of the variable speed governing system in the engineering.
