Research And Realization Of Network Integration Manufacturing System For Mould Manufacture Enterprise

Under the background of global digital production and with the strengthening of the international cooperation, the directions of the mould manufacturing enterprise tend to be in small-quantity, various species, and short-cycle. In facing of rapid response to client, improving the quality of mould and reducing the producing time of mould, the administrators in control of the production of the mole-making enterprise always attempt to come up with all kinds of methods to solve the variety of problem.The information technology has become the power which is the impetus of the unceasing development of mould enterprise. Using information technology serve for the mould manufacturing process effectively, promoting enterprise's modernization and the information management, enhancing the competitive ability of enterprise participate in the international market; it is becoming the important tendency to the mould manufacturing industry which seeks the development. Therefore, network integration manufacturing platform become important especially, which take the advanced computer technology and the network technology as the strut, suit the request of the mould enterprise development. This article has analyzed in the digitized mold enterprise's production process foundation, research and develop the network integration platform suiting the middle and small scale mold enterprise which manufacturing flow might be custom-made according to the enterprise own characteristic, the user was allowed to facilitate the change or construct manufacturing flow, satisfying the mobility, the agile request of mid and small scale enterprise.The system uses the J2EE technology and the popular B/S pattern, make the user login the system in any place to carry on the management conveniently, the use of Spring AOP will make the commercial logic of enterprise and the support of the general service separation, reduced the coupling degree between the system modules, and enhanced the system modular degree.This paper combining a successful case which I have attended formally in a mode-making enterprise for the enforcement of manufacturing system, designs a network manufacture system prototype based on Digital Mould Manufacture Enterprise and carry out the code functions of the system, and put it into the production and management of the mode-making enterprises.
