Due to the global enegy crisis and reconfiguration of energy structre,more and more attention has been placed on the the electric shortage, and electric shortage becomes bottleneck restraining development of economy. With the high-speed development of the economy of our country, the demand for the electricity increases day by day too, shortly, electric shortage becomes bottleneck restraining development of economy, large capacity, high parameter unit will be used to satisfy the demand by more construction. Tangential firing boiler is main type of burn way in our country power station boiler, research of this kind of burning way boiler has very far-reaching meaning.Actual diameter of tangential circle in Tangential firing boiler is an important parameter of aerodynamic field it have important influence on boiler slagging, stable combustion, flue gas temperature deviation and flue gas velocity deviation. The main parameter of influencing the actual diameter of tangential circle is as follows, diameter of tangential circle of the imagination; the proportion of the boiler's high and wide; the proportion of the whole area of spout of the burning device and burner hearth section accumulate; intervalrate of the burning device; the proportion of the one, the second-class in two ail for quantity; the angle is put in burning device.Analyse the interralation between the tangential Boiler and gas side temperature imbalance.For better research in the aerodynamic field, the author put up the experimental platform according to the proportion of 1:20 for the 600MW unit boiler of Wuhan factory. Article introduce burner hearth detailed size of model, check and calculate wind amount and wind speed that the boiler need to enter second mould area. After confirming the data processing principle of this test, drawing the aerodynamic field in the boiler through a large number of data analysis about exponent of air flow distribution among three boilers.Finally, the thesis is provided some suggestions to optimizing burning: Change the diameter of tangential circle of imagination; It control one, two second-class air quantity proportion; Reduce the position of centre of the flame properly.the results have proved to be reliable in modeling tests.
