As a compulsory experiment of the major of environment engineering, Noise instructional experiment comes to be more and more important in teaching. Be a complementarity and practice tache for the knowledge of the book, the more appropriate teaching experiment set up, the more students will understand the knowledge of the acoustics and vibration, even more important for the students of their future work. This dissertation gives many opinion and project for the construction of the noise laboratory. We supplement some vibration experiment for the actuality of the experiments are more in acoustics, less in vibration. We redesign the experiment in order to offset the less join among the experiments. We give some constructive advice for the objection of the reverberation chamber in structure design. And we also put forward some idea for the construct of the sound-insulation room.On the base of the experiment integration, we do some research in vibration and acoustic radiation which is related to experiment. From theoretics analyse,we can educe that there is a affinity between the efficiency of the acoustic radiation and the structure mode and the frequency. When the wavelength of the sound wave in structure is longer than in liquid, structure can radiate the energy to the exterior. When structure's radiate frequency is higher than the critical frequency, the efficiency of the acoustic radiation is nearly 100%. We deduce the formula of the self-oscillation frequency of the disc-shaped modal and the radiate sound power on the hammer force. We also approve the formula which are deduced from the experiment. Moreover, we know that the frequency which the power is concentrated superposes of the structure's self-oscillation frequency in acoustic radiation.
