For tall building and high-rise structure of the wind-induced vibration control design is based on time domain and frequency domain dynamic analysis methods. Although these methods can get the results of the wind-induced vibration control, but it's impossible to compared with the results of current wind vibration control about structural design which based on the load code of building structures and the structural design code of tall buildings. It is greatly affected the applications and promotion of the structural vibration control technology in the design of tall buildings and high-rise structure. It is necessary to research practical design methods based on design code for controlling wind-induced vibration of tall buildings and high-rise structure.Whatever the suppressing vibration device is (active and passive, semi-active), the effect of device can be considered to be equivalent to increasing the structural damping. The main idea can be as fellow: first, to obtain of the equivalent damping ratio about the suppressing vibration device on the high-rise building wind-induced vibration control of the structure which is equivalent to the increase the damping of the structure; Second, to get the total effective damping ratio about the controlled structure which is the structural damping ratio added to the equivalent damping ratio ,then modify the design wind load on the controlled structure which is less than the original structural design wind load; Finally,to use static analysis method to calculate the wind effect on the controlled structure with the revised design wind load.Obviously, this method is the same as the current wind controlled methods.On the one hand ,the control effects of can be easily quantified and programmed into some common structural analysis programs for the design of tall buildings; On the other hand, the method can be codified and its calculation results can be directly compared to the results of current structural design of tall buildings. Thus it is very convenient for engineers to design the control of fluctuation wind-induced vibration response of tall buildings equipped with the suppressing vibration device using the conventional method given in the code.The main contents of the thesis are summarized as the follows:1 The methods to calculate the equivalent damping ratio of the viscoelastic damper are generalized .then to use a new methods to calculate the equivalent damping ratio of the viscoelastic damper.2 The methods to calculate the equivalent damping ratio of the five kinds of passive dynamic absorbers (TMD, TLCD, LCVA, C-TLD, R-TLD) are generalized .3 Introduce a new method to calculate the equivalent damping ratio of the active tuned mass damper.4 Summarize the research on the method about equivalent design wind load of the wind-induced vibration control.
