At the condition of stable running, the traditional analysis assumes that most of the bearing material is rigid body, and modern high-speed sliding bearings are developing to the direction of heavy-duty, it produces very high water pressure, the rise of thin wall bearing and the rise of the low elastic modulus material bearing made the impact of elastic deformation can not be ignored.In this paper, staring from the basic element of the fluid body, it derived the continuity equation and 3D Renold equation based on flow balance principle and the conservation of momentum principle; given out the mathematical model of The water film thickness about slotted bearings, tilt stern bearing, EHL bearing. By the analysys and reseash of contact statement, arrived the bearing contact stress distribution and contact deformation at a different friction coefficient and load. The results show that: the larger dynamic friction coefficient is, the more offset on the surface which shaft and bearings contacted we can access.At the Stable operating conditions, the shaft and bearings is separated by dynamic pressure film, so the friction and contact are reduced. Based on the basic process of solveing Reynolds equation, it calculated the pressure distribution characteristics of slot bearing with different structure and tilt bearing with different situation, and comparative pressure distribution characteristics on bearing with different load and different speeds, arrive a series of lubricating properties in the water lubrication condition.Consider the factors of material elastic modulus, solving the EHL model of water lubricated rubber bearings, and compared with the theoretical calculation results of rigid assumed bearing, The results show that: on the same kind of load conditions, the smaller elastic modulus of bearing materials are, the greater the thickness of water film and eccentric journal it can get.Tests stern rubber bearings on the bench, test the friction coefficient of different conditions, and compared numerical results with test results, it showed that: theoretical results and experimental results are in line, verifying the results of the numerical analysis is correct. |
