| Artificial feel system is an important part of flight control system. Its quality influences the performance of the aircraft. How to improve the characteristics of the aircraft has become a major research point. Active side-stick, which is based on active control technology, has terrific operation quality and becomes one of the research focuses. A lot of research work has been done in this dissertation to develop the active side-stick system.Firstly the scheme of the active side-stick system is discussed, and then the engineering implementation, the consummating of the system and the improvement of the reliability and operation quality are researched. At present, passive side-stick system is mostly used in fly-by-wire system. But this kind of side-stick system couldn't provide the flight information of the aircraft. In order to overcome the disadvantage of it and ensure the safety of the flying, structure of"active side-stick system is major, passive side-stick system is minor"is adopted.For the engineering implementation, research on how to reduce the volume of the system is done. After having investigating the common method, the mechanism based on gears is proposed. Meanwhile, the model of the mechanism is built by using UG NX 3.0. The model validates the feasibility of the scheme.In order to remove the interfering of the noise from the signals, sampling and processing of the signals are analyzed particularly in this paper. Several designs are proposed to ensure the accuracy of the control system. After that, Fuzzy PID controller is designed by combining fuzzy control arithmetic and PID control arithmetic. The controller accelerates the speed of the control system.In the end, the mechanism of the active side-stick system is made. As well, the control circuits are produced. This provides foundations for further research on active side-stick system. |
