| DC power supply system with low voltage with it's simpleness and reliability ,which is easy to act as a starter as well as a generator ,is widely applied in active middle-scale and small-scale aeroplane. By parallel connection, power can be increased.Firstly, the structure of DC Starter/Generator Control System based on Micro Controller Unit(MCU) is explained. The function requirement of the starting system, the process of the motor and the control strategy for starter are analyzed. According to the system requirement, software and hardware are designed. The part of hardware consists of analog regulator and MCU controller which is integrated with in-out circuits and so on. The part of software realizes the control, protection and communication of the system. The experiment results are obtained, which show that the system has excellent static characteristic. The analog regulator and the MCU controller also work well.Secondly, the current sharing technique based on maximum is proposed to realize the current-sharing of parallel-connected DC generator system. Simulation model has been built by the simulation software MATLAB and the simulation study has been made. The reasonability and validity of the current sharing technique based on maximum have been testified by the simulation results. The current-sharing controller UC3907 is adopted to design the current-sharing circuit.Recently, with the development of digital control technique, it is applied to flight control system, fire control and generator control on the airplane, this thesis uses the TMS320F2812 Digital Signal Processor (DSP) as the core of the digital voltage regulator. The main structures of the software and hardware are introduced. As to hardware, each part of the circuit and the design of the peripheral circuits are thoroughly discussed. The software is being programmed with C, and the flow charts are given. |
