Infrared radiation of two typical aeronuatical material, 2A12 aluminum alloy and TC4 titanium alloy, were investigated in order to affording some reference for Infrared radiation calculation and coat of Infrared multi-band stealthy.An approach of detecting infrared emissivity by Reflectance-Method is introduced. Many factor which effect the emissivity of examples are discussed, such as material type,figuration and state of surface . In order to improving the precision of instrument, a Detecting-Adjunct is designed.In order to reseaching the Infrared radiation of engineering states, different micro- structure and surface states are simulated, then detect Infrared emissivity in different states.The properties of alloy was investigated in different heat-treating processes, such as microstructure,electrical resistivity and Infrared emissivity. the experimental results of Infrared emissivity was compared with calculated results ,then studied the regulation of Infrared emissivity in different microstructure. The results show that the infrared emissivity increases with electrical resistivity in different microstructure, the increment of electrical resistivity in example's surface is the primary reason that the experimental results is larger than calculated results.In order to obtaining different roughness surface, two typical aeronuatical material were treated with sandblasted and corrosion, then studied the regulation of Infrared emissivity in different roughness. The results show that the infrared emissivity increases with roughness and defects concentration.Alloys were heat-treated in different thermal-oxidation processes. then analyze the phase and morphology of oxide film in order to studying the regulation of infrared emissivity.It is manifested that the infrared emissivity increases with the increasing of temperature and time of heat-treating.The anodic-oxidation States of alloys were investigated in different anodic- oxidation processes, then studied the regulation of Infrared emissivity in different processes. The results show that the infrared emissivity increases with the voltage and time of anodic-oxidation.The factor,which influences measuring results of emissivity,is complex. Therefore, emissivity is merely peculiar character in special states.
