Principle, static attraction, dynamic feature of Breaker with linear motor drive is analyzed. This setup has the virtue of simple structure , reliable performance, smoothly drive, small oscillation, long motion and so on ,which can be widely used in electric switch , breaker and so on . Static flux is computered by FEM widely by now , static force of permanent magnet only used and attraction of both exited current and permanent magnet used are analyzed and computered . This section mainly analyze three structures: three kinds of structures have been analyzed with FEM. Result indicates that C structure has better electromagnetic performance . Magnetic field and force of linear synchronous motor drive are analyzed . A brief introduction and design of linear motor drive are presented . Model and control strategy of hybrid excitation linear synchronous motor is discussed, drive control system is designed and experimented, whose steady current and voltage waveform are measured . This paper have carried on a brief introduction vacuum switch permanent magnetism straight line motor-driven system's monitor and the maintenance. The processing method has been taken when breakdown of vacuum switch permanent magnetism straight line motor-driven system occurs. At last, the advantage and disadvantage of the design are summarized ,future and spread of the research are forecasted .
