At present, bearing temperature infrared detection system on vehicles safety monitoring has shortcomings such as poor system reliability,high equipment failure rate,high costs on operation and maintenance,low anti-interference ability and so on; The reason is due to structural problems of existing system,devices matching and process issue which makes a wide gap between reality and high-standard and strict requirements on safety.From the application point of view the thesis did an analysis on currently popular bearing temperature infrared detection system, besides, a general hardware on new-type bearing temperature infrared detection system is designed. The new prototype uses the popular ISA bus. In the structure, CPU of every functional module is independent, additionally, the system played more attention to different-level-signal separation and isolation, such as the isolation between interference source and easy-interference part. There is an only bearing temperature signal contact between monitoring part and rail-side sampling part. According to the research and analysis on temperature modulation,related devices and pre-amplifier, the noise reduction system on infrared bearing temperature sampling and probe noise reduction system are designed, which improved signal-to-noise ratio of bearing temperature signal.Additionly,the thesis has an analysis on reliability of bearing temperature infrared detection system,especially put forward a targeted anti-interference measures on bearing temperature infrared detection system grounding design and installation technique under the condition of EMI electrification,which considers more reliability requirements on shielding,grounding and devices choices.The ground measures of monitoring system used floating-air design, which improved anti-interference ability of system and avoid equipment damage caused by ground counter-voltage in minefields, besides, methods on improving the reliability of the systems are proposed.
