| The excessive noise which mainly reflects in the functioning converter station becomes more and more prominent among all the new problems of the high voltage DC transmission project in our country. The noise which comes from reactors is the main noise source, and it causes much trouble to the surrounding residents' normal life. The noise pollution has become the focus of complaints of local people.This paper has introduced the type, structure and use of the high voltage DC transmission reactors in detail, especially emphasized the generation mechanism and feature of every reactor used in the converter station. Based on the analysis of the noise data coming from reactors of ZhengPing converter station, this paper has proposed the minimum noise requirements and determined the noise-resistance solution aiming at the AC filtering reactors.This thesis has discussed the basic theory on the soundproof design and the micro-perforated panel (MPP) absorber. Based on these, a kind of acoustic design 'model of the reactors' acoustical enclosure has been established and the sound insulation properties have been theoretically forecasted in terms of two classes (four kinds) of design schemes of the acoustical enclosure.At last, from the perspective of study, this paper has tested and analyzed the sound insulation property of I -type local acoustical enclosure. It turns out that the designed local acoustical enclosure satisfied the minimum noise requirement of AC filtering reactors. |
