Based on the research of the prestressed concrete structure analysis both at home and abroad, techniques and approaches of nonlinear FEM analysis on prestressed concrete beam through ANSYS have been concluded. By the construction of ANSYS separated model of the prestressed concrete beam, load on it from the beginning to the destruction and analyze the entire process. The primary coverage is as follows:(1) Embarks from the ductility theory, in the bending moment amplitude modulation's research introduces the curvature ductility in prestressed concrete ultra static stable technology beam, infers satisfies the bearing capacity request the bending moment amplitude modulation limiting value ductility expression. In the bending moment amplitude modulation coefficient's value, had considered the operational phase crack opening limiting value's influence, proposed the bending moment amplitude modulation coefficient's suggestion formula, has given the consideration endogenic force heavy distribution plastic structural design suggestion.(2) With the aid of the ANSYS in APDL language, established the prestressed rinforcement concretes beam's separation formula model through the entity cutting method, in the model the stirrup, the longitudinal working reinforcement, the curve pre-stressed muscle's arrangement with experimented beam maintains consistent, has solved the finite element analysis curvature pre-stressed muscle modelling problem.(3) Carries on the entire process stress analysis to prestressed concrete ultra static stable technology beam, with the aid of the finite element computed result, through the example plan correlation curve, confirmed with the experiment, has discussed beam's limit supporting capacity, and has analyzed plastic hinge's formation and the bending moment heavy distribution to the limit supporting capacity influence.
