Brushless DC motor is a kind of new product developing rapidly recently. After the position sensorless control technology has been adopted , Brushless DC motor control system avoids the disadvantages produced by rotor position sensor, the cost of motor is reduced, system reliability and adaptability of the environment are also enhanced. Meanwhile the Brushless DC motor control system has been widely applied in many fields.In this dissertation, permanent magnet brushless DC motor is subject investigated ,the system structure and control laws(rule) are studied, the quare wave brushless DC motor simulation mode basing on the non-linear inductance is also established. At the same time Brushless DC motor Without position sensor control system startup, in-depth phase are studied. The self-tuning fuzzy - PID controller is established, and it is applied in brushless DC motor without position sensors control system, receiving better control effect.On the basis of brushless DC motor control system theory simulation, the control programme baseing on DSP technology with and without position sensor is proposed. hardware circuit such as the main circuit, power driver circuit, voltage and current circuit, serial communication circuit, logic control and protection circuit are designed, combining with the characteristics of TI's DSP control chips TMS320F2812 as well as making a three-phase Brushless DC motor as the astrocytes control object. According to the system programme the DSP software control system is designed, the software flow chart and databook are compiled . The computer monitoring system of the control system is designed in Visual Basic 6.0 development environment. Finally, the control system is debugged and the close loop system runs smoothly and the brushless DC motor control system of positive rotation negative rotation and speed given are realized. Also the problems encountered in the process of debugging as well as solutions are analyzed and explained.
