The winter in Xinjiang is very cold, snow and ice weather are common. For transport safety consideration, the more frequent using of winter de-icing salt, plus the salinization of land in the region seriously,resulting in de-icing salt into the chlorine ions, the salt corrosion compounds and other substances are more easy and freeze-thaw synergies so that the concrete in cold salt erosion damage, rust and corrosion of concrete reinforced its internal structure, The intensity of damage are far more than ordinary cement concrete freeze-thaw damage. In this paper,to resolving the freezing salt corrosion damage,the research group carry out the early highway small concrete structures damaged and control technology research in Xinjiang region, aims to comprehensively improve the region's small concrete structures and long-term durability of road performance.First, through the large number of field survey and theoretical analysis, we make it clear that the corrosion mechanism in the local highway concrete structures.On the basis of raw materials optimization and designing of the orthogonal pilot programe,we optimize the durability of concrete mix. On the basis of Salt for the freezing of indicators, we adjust a reasonable adjustment of gas content, in order to enhance the durability of the salt freeze coagulation corrosion, we choice the stable quality, outstanding durability of concrete SR emulsion polymer modified. Through the test of the content of the emulsion polymer concrete properties of the law, the polymer modified concrete show a relatively low water-cement ratio and a high mechanical properties. Through the road performance of Concrete structures pilot studies to determine the best Blending ratio of polymer. Meanwhile, the paper also freeze the properties of salt-resistant concrete significant gas content parameters of an in-depth research, focusing on the Coupled salt freeze conditions, the gas content of aerated concrete with the long-term road performance of a pilot study and then determine a reasonable scope of gas content.In addition, the paper also focused on the structures protective coating technology research, developed the protection of the durability of the more outstanding polymer coating of cement JSA, propose the durability index of the anti-corrosion coating on the concrete structures and related indicators of the evaluation, testing methods.with SEM and "mercury" and other modern technologies, the paper make a in-depth analysis of the polymer modified concrete pore structure and microscopic morphology, revealed the polymer modified cement concrete mechanism.Finally,through the life-cycle cost analysis for various anti-corrosion measures,We make sure that the protective coating technology has obvious economic advantages and great value.
