Study On Early-age Shrinkage And Cracking Of Pavement Concrete

The shrinkage and cracking resistance of road concrete is important to the pavement performance, it have a function to the durability and service life of road concrete. Therefore, widely and thoroughly study have been carried on by the domestic and foreign multitudinous scholars,in some level the relations of the concrete composition and the shrinkage has been detected. But lacks with the correlation standard testing method, the test result is not unified, and also be very difficult to serve the project practise.This paper is for the purpose of through studying the concrete composition and the shrinkage, relates the connection between the material composition design and the concrete shrinkage, and provides accurate and scientific basis for the design method of road cement concrete mix. Be based on the theoretical analysis, in this text the primary factor to the concrete shrinkage first have been introduced and tested, and the change rule of concrete shrinkage has been analysed; after that, through studying the relation between the conctete composition and all shrinkage, the restrained range to the material have been recommended, this provides the foundation reference to the road cement concrete mix design. Finally, analyzes based on the investigation study and massive tentative data, the concrete early age contraction forecast function model has established, take through the pavement structure material composition quota forecast concrete early time contraction size, and provides the prerequisite as the judgment concrete structure anti-dehiscence ability.This study is a part of road cement concrete mix design of nation west item, the conclusion not only have the important instructional effect to the road cement concrete material composition,the shrinkage and cracking resistance of concrete pavement, but also be foundation to the road shrinkage and cracking resistance of cement concrete,taking on significant academic sense.
