| This thesis tells about how to implement the primary research on the livablity theory in Centrol district in metropolis.The first chapter gives a simple introduction about the social settings and residential trends nowadays and points out the centrol district in metropolis living is a very important part of all the living forms.The second chapter makes a history review and exploration about the thought of livablity.Through the deep exploration and comparative research of the livablity thought in both the east and the west,and also through the analysis of the eastern and the western practice of the livablity theory, finds out the livablity thought under the contemporary situation.The pity is that the livablity research in history is always affliated to the exploration of the livable city and support little to the livable community what is the the emphasis of the thesis.The third chapter parses the livable living in particular.It is the emphasis of the thesis. At first, the feasibility, necessity and the imminency of centrol district in metropolis reconstruction are pointed out.Then, beginning with behavioristic psychology of livable living and the suitable scale of the community block, the strategic thoughts and designal methods of the renewal of the old district in the city center and the reexploiture of the community are brought out, hoped to guide the further community construction.The fourth chapter takes urban livable living comprehensive planning of Heping District for example to analyse the livablity planning and construction of centrol district in metropolis living.And also proves the strategic thought and designal method of livable community.The innovation point of this thesis is summarizing the thought and method of livablity design in centrol district in metropolis.It is hoped that this thesis can direct the design and constrction of centrol district in metropolis settlement and attracts more people to the research of livable living in the Centrol district in metropolis. |
