Optical Emission Spectrometer is the analysis instrument on matter component. It is widely used in many fields such as metallurgy, machine, quality arbitration and so on. With the development of national economy, the expansion of production scope and the transfer of overseas foundries to China, the spectrometer market is also expanding rapidly. Overseas spectrometers flow into Chinese market after China enters into WTO. At present 95% spectrometers used in China are imports. In the meanwhile, users in China are also face to the international market and require higher quality. So our old spectrometers must be improved at the face of large challenges. The development of new-type optical emission spectrometer is beginning with the special condition.This paper describes the integrated and deep research on the control technology of Spark Source, Measure and Control System and the shield of electromagnetic interference, involving the design of mechanical structure and control interface. Due to the unstable original Spark Source and it need high energy with large interference we do much to improve it through a mass of experiments and tests. Moreover we make a new design of control interface according to the new Measure and Control system. Ultimately we get the premeditated results through checking the design. The interference of radio source to other system has been greatly decreased and the veracity and stability of the spectrometer have been improved by a long way.The author firstly introduced the development history of analysis instrument, the structure and character of spectrometer. Then the principle and component were presented in detail, in the meanwhile, the author discussed new-type spark radio source, measure and control system concretely. Lastly, the author analyzed many questions met during the test and put forward own points on the future development of spectrometer. |
