When covered by ice,overhead high voltage transmission line formed non-circular truncation,Have changed the original characteristic property of pneumatic. the .original characteristic property of pneumatic will produce low frequency big swing under level direction's wind,called conducting wire brandish.It always make conducting wire alternating flashover,trip,disconnection, even the some accidents like tower snap,bring gigantic economic losses to by society.The Liaoning province is the harder-hit area affected by conducting wire swing,to administrate the conducting wire swing,the Liao Ning Electric Power Company put large amount of manpower and material resources on organization and sets up the scientific research group, with a lot of experiments,have invented a new product:spring gravity dangling damper of swing insulation。It's theory is based on O·Nigol twisting swing theory and Den Hartog vertical swing theory, adapt to LGJ steel core aluminums stranded conductor (GB1179-83) .It composed of three parts.I, the system of clamp splice to conducting wire.II, the system of swing insulation's rotation III, the system of tup blance weight. It use spring to control the upper and lower rotation to self-correct the friction force on fasten point, so make the damp from rotation on fasten point to consume energy in system, limit the develop the conducting wire's rotation, meanwhile making antigun action on conducting wire's vertical movement, and balance weight hammer also have weighs swing insulation's effect, and eliminate the swing made from rotation and vertical shake.This thesis is from the point view of the theory on O·NigoI twisting swing and Den Hartog vertical swing, make the theory analysis on spring gravity dangling damper of swing insulation, through applying software to making simulation on swing insulation, calculating the main design parameter of swing insulation product,selecting classical routes and carrying it out at the cities companies of electricity supply company of Liao Ming's Province. Validating the conclusion of this thesis and the method of simulation.That high-handed voltage line transmission line's swing is the world difficult problem, and has not been solved drastically, the development of swing insulation needing the thorough discussion and simulation. Through analysis and simulation, this thesis think the swing insulation should combine with the practice work, and develop new swing insulation according to different areas is the future's working direction.
