This paper first analyzes the character of distribution network and the excellence and shortcoming of insulated neutral & resonant earthed system and small resistance as well as the operation of different grounding under single-phase ground fault, propose use of low-voltage (380V) to the equivalent analog equivalent circuit 10kV distribution network approach. Established a 380V simulation circuit, Do a large number of tests for single-phase ground features, confirmed that some of the theoretical analysis.In this text equivalent of the analog circuit in the power system is a mixture of common network cable of the four-loop and two composed of overhead lines. According to analyzes the 10kV power system in the normal operation of state time, calculated under the equivalent 380V transformers, inductors, capacitors as well as arc-suppression coil components. Measurement of the components selected the universal form and function with a memory oscilloscope. Protection of components consist of the six 3P10A the air switch. The voltage, current, impedance are equivalent under 380V simulation, using the equivalent models in the laboratory under conditions of simulated neutral earthing and neutral when the Petersen-coil grounded bus bar fault and earth fault lines.
