Based on the theory of fuel cell to construct the three-dimensional mathematical model of heat and mass transfer and electrochemical of three classical supported (electrolyte-supported anode-supported cathode-supported) SOFCs to research their performance.It is showed that the anode supported SOFC is better than the others.Then built the model of anode supported SOFC to simulate under different operation conditions and with different material characteristics.Sources were applied to the governing equation,in particular,mass variation of reaction and production gas was described by the mass source,momentum source was characterized gas flow in the porous electrodes by Brinkman-Forschemer-Darcy model,and energy source described the reaction and Ohmic heat.Exchange current density was connected to the couple analysis of SOFC thermo-fluid and electrochemical model,then solved by the computational fluid dynamics tool.
