Frequency Rehabilitation Programme In Series Fault Condition Of North-east Network

When a Grid was lacking in power badly because of faulting,how to recover the frequency of Grid was a complicated and necessarily issue.The current instance is that more and more large-scale power sources connect with Grid by a single route-way,so the frequency recovery after faulting is an exigent issue in Northeast China Grid.This paper has discussed diversified measures to ensure frequency of Grid and investigated frequency regulating capability of various generators.In addition,this paper has given a new theoretic scheme of under-frequency load shedding and a numerical simulation has proved the availability of the scheme.In the end of the paper,a practical under-frequency load shedding after bad faulting for Northeast China Grid was presented integrally.
