The planning of active power optimal dispatch of power system is a very important problem in power system analysis,it have been receiving the general concerns of project and academic all the time.However,the plan not only meets the power balance of the power system operation,but also be able to satisfy high load periods of rapid rise or drop.The network has a certain impact on the implementation of the dynamic optimal dispatch,how to ensure that the program in the electricity network implementation of the actual operation can still be studied in depth.First,this article analyzes the algorithm of dynamic optimal dispatch and the DC flow to determine the flow of the distribution of active power on line.Second, through the analysis of feasible solution domain,this paper proposes a method of dynamic optimal dispatch with the reactive power actually operation.Finally,through calculate the example of IEEE 30,it's proved that this method is useful.
