The powerplant mount system connects the powerplant and chassis,and is the vibration transmission path between the powerplant and the chassis.Choosing the powerplant mount system's parameters properly can reduce the automobile's vibration and the noise level,and improve automobile's comfortableness.At the same time,it can guarantee the safety of powerplant working,and avoids the premature failure of the powerplant and its spare parts.Automobile powerplant mount system's quality immediately influences automobile's smoothness and noise reduction level.Taking a Inertia Channel-Decoupling Hydraulic Mount System of a domestic light native car as an example,the main research work of this article includes:1.According to the structure drawing of a hydraulic mount adopted by some native car,analyzed the configuration and working principle of system,and set up its mechanics model.2.Elaborated this research's fundamental research foundation - bond diagram method's developing process,the basic principle and the characteristic.Using bond diagram method,established the Hydraulic Mounting's bond diagram and got the mathematical model.Laid the research foundation to conduct the automobile powerplant mount system dynamic characteristic fundamental research and the simulation analysis with the application of bond diagram.3.Using simulation tool(Simulink) and equation of state derived from the bond diagram method,carried out the simulation computation to the Hydraulic Mount part's dynamic characteristic.Comparing with experimental result,it confirmed the bond diagram and the simulation method's accuracy and serviceability.4.By analyzing the influence of mounting various parameters to performance, provided the theory foundation for the mounting parameter optimization.5.By elaborating direct search feasible direction(DSFD)'s development, characteristic and basic step,carried out the optimization of Hydraulic Mount System using the DSFD optimization method.Comparing with experimental investigation, showed good coherence to the measured results and the applicability of the method.
