The plate-type fuel assembly has being widely used in the design of the advanced reactor.It may occur the vortex shedding,when the fluid flows over the fuel plate in axial direction,we discovered the vortex shedding is the primary cause which the assembly expires.An analytic method was given to study the vibration of plate bundle in the fluid:Developing this code is for single plate,and it is based on PCBFC,which units ALE-BFC to realize the grid moving,by which simulate the situation in the narrow channel The pressure and the velocity after the movement of the grid are modified by the Lie derivative.This is a new method to calculate FSI.Through changed the length and pitch between the two plates to simulate the FSI phenomenon in the cross flow,we can confirm the affection of these parameter to the vortex shedding characteristic.
