Dual PWM converter has introduced the PWM rectification energy evolution installment in common currency frequency changer's foundation. The device can enhance the use factor of the electrical energy. the renewable energy sources back coupling which produces by the electric motor to exchanges the electrical network, and can enhance the installment the power factor, reduces to electrical network's overtone pollution. The direct torque control method was in 1985 raises for the first time by German Professor Ruhr University's Depenbrock, it already developed now into after the electrical machinery vector control technology developed the new exchange velocity modulation technology, had the control thought concisely, the dynamic response rapid merit, the direct torque control technology took one kind of high performance frequency conversion velocity modulation technology already to become the transmission area research the new hot spot.This article in summarizes and the research current PWM rectifier and the direct torque control basic theory and in the common technical foundation, has designed one kind based on the DSP rectification side voltage, the electric current double closed loop, the contravariant side direct torque control double PWM variable current system.The PWM rectification was this article key research question, this article has analyzed the voltage PWM rectifier's main circuit topology, the principle of work and the mathematical model, introduced several kind of common VSR current control technology as well as VSR the space vector PWM control technology, has based on this designed the voltage outer ring, the electric current inner rim's double closed-loop control rectifier plan, and the electric power electron toolbox which provided using MATLAB under the Simulink simulation environment carries on the simulation experiment, the simulation result had indicated that the PWM rectifier not only had the controllable AC/DC transformation performance, moreover might realize the net side specific power factor and the sinusoidal current control, even could cause the electrical energy two-way flow, and has designed PWM finally according to the simulation parameter Rectifier's hardware circuit, has proven the PWM rectification system design accuracy through the hardware circuit experiment. To the contravariant side frequency conversion velocity modulation system's research, analyzed and has studied the motor frequency conversion velocity modulation several kind of control plan theoretically, has studied the direct torque control technology with emphasis in the alternating current motive frequency conversion velocity modulation system's application, and has established the direct torque simulation module with the MATLAB software, has carried on the simulation experiment, gained has conformed to design requirements simulation profileThis article in the theoretical analysis foundation, used TI Corporation's TMS320LF2407DSP chip to design the PWM rectifier, obtained the preliminary result. This article achievement to study and develops the double PWM converter to provide the use value.
