It is far-ranging to bring grouting into foundation treatment with the grouting technology maturely applied into practical engineering。At the same time,a wide range of new materials,new technology and new equipments emerge in endlessly,this greatly advance the development of grouting;however,the development of grouting theory is slow,and the research relatively unenlightened,because it is obscure and complicated to grout to some extent。In recent years,with the development of computer technology, it become possible to use numerical simulation to research the grouting,in this article, FLAC3D is introduced to study the infiltration and diffusion of the clay-cement grout among the soil including of sands and pebbles,and the main work is as follws:(1) Based on the previous results,it is studied for the features of the clay-cement grout,the characteristics of the the soil including of sands and pebbles and the consolidaton mechanism of the clay-cement grout;(2) It makes the existing perneation grouting theory better from the point of view changing permeability coefficient of clay-cement grout among soil;(3) It explores the ways and means of FLAC3D numerical simulation of grouting among soil。On the one hand,it studys the infiltration law of Time-varying fluid viscosity(the permeability coefficient of clay-cement grout changes with time): comparision the infiltration range with the calculated value by theoretical formula;the changing seepage velocity law of clay-cement grout among soil;the changing stress of clay-cement grout among soil。on the other hand,it studys the infiltration law of Bingham fluid(the permeability coefficient of clay-cement grout changes with penetration path):comparision the infiltration range with the calculated value by theoretical formula;the changing seepage velocity law of clay-cement grout among soil;the changing stress of clay-cement grout among soil。 (4) Based on(3),it takes the pile excavated by man for example to study the FLAC3D numerical simulation of grouting among soil including of sands and pebbles, and further,it confirm the previous results。...
