In recent years,with Chinese economic development,water demand of the national economy are growing at an alarming rate,however,Chinese water resources is limited,water shortages in many cities,in order to solve effectively contradictions between the current economic development and water resources shortage,made a water-saving requirements of the national economy.Industrial cooling water recycling with cooling tower is the most direct,the most easy,the most effective,the fastest-growing technology line of saving water resources,at the same time,but also protect water resources.It is widely used in metallurgy,petroleum,chemical,power, textile and other industries,and from the industry to develop civilian,such as central air-conditioning system.There are open cooling tower and closed-wet cooling tower,open cooling tower is in direct contact with the air,because use latent heat of water,heat transfer efficiency is higher than the closed cooling tower.The open cooling tower solves the problem of water recycling,and meet the cooling requirements of the process,but it is difficult to guarantee water quality.With the development of production,scientific and technological progress,there have been closed-wet cooling towers,which from the industrial evaporative cooler,both good cooling effect,but also to ensure the cooling water,is the rapid developmental tower-type.Coil is the key components of closed-wet cooling tower,coil performance have a significant impact on cooling efficiency.In the coil area of closed-wet cooling tower,it is a complexity process of heat transfer.Previous studies were done separately for coil performance test,the conclusion will be out of the concrete tower Condition factor.This article is a study of typical closed cooling tower,have a test of coil in typical closed,cooling tower,on the basis of previous theoretical study,based on the actual characteristics of the experiment,establish heat transfer mathematical models of coil.The main means of research is test and numerical calculation,research trend of the cooling tower efficiency by spray water,air,air wet bulb temperature,cooling water,and other factors.Through comparative analysis of the experimental test results and the simulation results,to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the heat transfer coil model,at the same time,have an in-depth analysis for the heat resistance of coil, to find out the key resistance of heat transfer coil,at the same time,through comparison experiment of several different materials coil,to find out alternative materials of copper pipe,in order to reduce production costs.In this paper,through tests,theoretical Analysis,it can draw the best ratio of air to water for closed cooling tower,0.982.Through tests and theoretical calculation of the total heat transfer coefficient,it's possible to substitute for Copper coil by galvanized coil.Hope to bring some helps for closed-wet cooling tower designers and researchers.
