The High Performance Polypropylene Fiber Concrete, a new composite material with excellent properties, is developed rapidly and applied extensively to civil engineering in recent years. It is produced by putting Fibers ,some silicon flour, mill scoria , fly ash and super water reducing agent into normal concrete, which have the quality of low water cement ratio, high durability, high strengh and high fluidness. Intensive study of the mechanical properties of The High Herformance Polypropylene Fiber Concrete can provide theory foundation for further application of this new material in practical engineering, which has important theory and engineering value. The study is relied on the Chong Qing Fengjie MeiXi River Bridge object, which named"MeiXi River Bridge Engineering, C60 High Performance Concrete Mix Proportion Research".Through plenty of test researches and theory analyses , this paper systematically studies the construction function,the mechanical property,the durability,microcosmic structure as well as effect mechanism of cement concrete modified by polypropylene Fiber .Through the analysis of data, this paper reaches that polypropylene Fiber have reduced slump of concrent mixture,and raised the nature of reserving water andt the air content of concrent mixture,thus to inmproved the durability of concrete . Polypropylene Fiber have greatly reduced the rate of early drying shrinkage of the concrete, have raised bending strength and split tensile strength of cement concrete on certain level, but for compression strength, the influence is very little. So on certain level, polypropylene Fiber has reduced the brittleness of concrete. Fiber also improved the bending toughness and concussion property of concrete on a certain level. Fiber also improved penetrability resistance,frost resistance and carbonization resistance of concrete, so improved the durability of concrete. Thus it can be seen, The High Pherformance Polypropylene Fiber Concrete has effect certainly for improving building project quality and raising the durability of concrete project. So apply Fiber reinforced concrete in project actual will have long term benefit.
