In this paper, based on the Ministry of Communications'Science and Technology Construction Project in West Traffic" the applied research of soft fiber reinforced concrete and polymer modified cement concrete on road surface ",discusses the mechanical properties and the mechanism of crack resistance and strength enhanced of flexible fiber reinforced concrete, and first proposes the mixture ratio design idea of fiber reinforced concrete at the core of improving bond force.From aspects on the action of flexible fibers into improving the micro-structure of cement concrete and the crack resistance and strength enhanced mechanism of flexible fibers in fracture mechanics etc., this paper proposes the "crack stopping wall" effect of fibers in concrete, and the process of crack resistance and strength enhanced by fibers, at the same time has a comprehensive analysis and explanation on the mechanism of crack resistance and strength enhanced of fiber reinforced concrete.Through experimental study, we have got the data about compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting strength, impact strength, plastic shrinkage properties, as well as fracture toughness of flexible fiber reinforced concrete. Studies have shown that to improve fiber volume content, to increase the length-diameter ratio, and to reduce the fiber diameter all can increase the total fibers'surface area, increase the total fibers and concrete's bond force, improve the effect of crack resistance and strength enhanced by fibers.The mixture radio design idea of fiber reinforced concrete proposed at the core of improving the bond force, has explained the crack resistance and strength enhanced mechanism of fiber reinforced concrete, has revealed the key factor on fiber reinforced concrete mix design. From the starting point of enhancing bond strength between fiber and concrete and improving the overall bond area of fiber, decides fiber selection; Through controlling the shrinkage cracking of concrete as means of the initial defects'restriction, determines the size of the smallest fiber content; according to effective bond ability, controls the size of the largest fiber content, finally we obtain the best mixture radio design of fiber reinforced concrete.
