In the 3.3kV power system of mine area, mobile transformer substation is hub of mine power system which provides continuous power to mine area . The safety and reliable running of mobile transformer substation is the essential foundation of mine area running. The fault of mobile transformer substation will affect continuous running of mine work. What is worse, the fault of substation will cause safe accident. With more and more attention on mine safe production, it is important to design substation automation system, which can monitor running state of substation to diagnose fault sort and remove fault on lime.Based on the request of power supply automation in coal mine, the thesis studied monitor and diagnosis system of mine mobile transformer substation. Based on structure of mobile transformer substation, a lot of classic fault and diagnosis theory were analyzed firstly, such as the vacuum deterioration of vacuum breaker, winding short-circuit and three-phase short-circuit of transformer. Secondly the thesis adopted Wavelet transform to identify inrush current and proposed improved recursion Wavelet transform arithmetic. And the simulation illustrated the arithmetic which satisfied the real time request was able to identify aberration of inrush current .At last, the thesis adopted DSP and 80C196KC to realize data collection, analyze and communication of monitor and diagnosis system of mine mobile transformer substation, which can satisfy rapidity of data process and multi-function. As the same time, the system designed CAN bus node for the reliable and high-speed communication.
