Kitchen and bathroom of the residential building are always the main concern in the living room ventilation design,as they produce the most pollutants and cause larger pollution to the living environment.At present,With the improvement of people's living level and self health care consciousness and the requirement of environmental protection regulations,the effective and rapid exclusion of the polluted air has been an important guarantee in improving the ventilation quality of the living room.The requirement of living urbanization also accelerates the high-rise growth at a rate of millions square meters every year.Lots of investigation and research show that there are many shortcomings about the central exhaust flue commonly used in high rise building needing improvement.This paper presents a further research,analysis and exploration on the unresolved problem in central exhaust system used in normal high rise building based on the research status at home and abroad.Questionnaire investigation and computer numerical simulation are the main methods used to analysis the current situation and reason of the exhaust air rate deficiency,inhomogeneous,reverse irrigation and goof.The postulate of guaranteeing the uniform exhaust air rate and air exhaust effect when in reasonable exhaust air rate and different use rate is explored. Feasible suggestions are proposed for the improvement of the project design to provide worthy reference for the construction architect to design the central exhaust flue.In this paper,part of buildings and the HVAC designer' excogitation of the ventilation system for the residential kitchen and bathroom centralized ventiduct were analyzed and summarized through the questionnaire,with the reference of the survey results for the high-rise residential users' exhaust effect,and the reasons for the adverse effects of the exhaust were analyzed.Architect using the atlas select the concentrated exhaust design directly,but can not meet the requirement of exhaust quality.The adverse factors of ventilation ways small area and serious branch interference at all levels prevailed at the high building's centralized ventiduct produce the shortage of air flow and the phenomenon of string wind intrusion at all floors.To ensure a good ventilation effect, it is proposed to design the exhaust channels by the professional HVAC staff in the detailed design calculation combining with the functional requirements of building ventilation.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper selects kitchens of typical 30-storeys high buildings and bathrooms of typical 18-storeys dwelling houses,utilizing the exhaust duct simulation model to analyze the causes of their insufficient and asymmetrical ventilations,via the method of computer numerical simulation.And then it discusses the thoughts and methods of the solutions.Specifically,aiming at the prior samples,the exhaust duct simulation model simulates the primary working condition and its counterpart after enhancing the distances between tubes by exhaust duct used in odd-number and even-number storey respectively.It also contrasts the different effects of venting the smokes under the two working conditions.As to the 18-storeys samples, the model simulates the primary working condition of exhaust duct and the condition after changing the pressure of tubes exit.In the same,it contrasts the results of simulation in such two working conditions and explores possible ways of improvement in project practice.In the end,this paper suggests to design double exhaust duct in odd-number and even-number floor to ventilate separately,which will enlarge exhaust duct area and prolong the distances between tubes,ultimately improve the ventilation effect.It also proposes that central heating designers should participate in the design and calculation work of exhaust duct,to devise the exhaust duct systematically.According to their detailed computation,the tubes could maintain the vent pressure more appropriately and provide customers with proper references of smoke machine and fans as well as qualified exit pressure.Then they can choose the suitable appliances and have a good vent effect.
