The No.5 cold rolling project is a key project of Baosteel's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan".The TCM unit and N0.1 RCM & N0.2 RCM(the following text "RCM" etc.) are the core units of this project.The design and construction of the partly excavates and cement-soil wall support structure are systematically analyzed,which is used in the TCM's and RCM's foundation deep pit of the N0.5 Cold Rolling Project.Currently cement treated soil gravity retaining wall has been widely used in deep soft clay foundation region -5m to -6m deep pit retaining structure,pipeline ditch retaining structure,the river retaining structure.Deep stirring formation of cement treated soil gravity retaining wall can take full advantage of the strength of cement and curtain for cutting off water,which has a good economic and social benefits.In construction of the TCM's and RCM's foundation deep pit,we adopted a reasonable design and strict control of the construction process,the deep pit greatest depth reached -12.7m,broke the conditions apply cement wall "pit depth not greater than 7m" of Shanghai Standard《Code For Design Of Excavation Engineering》(DBJ-61-97).Given cement treated soil gravity retaining wall for the construction technology of the majority of the coastal region of soft soil are underlined to be meaningful,this paper focuses on the partly excavates and cement-soil wall support structure design and construction,precipitation design and construction,the excavates and foundation displacement deformation monitoring and other areas of research.According to the above study,analysis of the topic:the similarities between the N0.5 Cold Rolling Project's and Baosteel 1800 Cold Rolling Project's deep pit support structure;a large number of PHC pile of protection measures at time of excavating and backfill;the displacement constraints PHC pile to cement treated soil gravity retaining wall and slope;Bottom of the cement wall set up the role of a few.
