Deep Foundation Pit Application Of Taiyuan High-rise Residential Building

Along with massive emergence of high buildings and skyscrapers,the deep hole excavated for building foundation project are increasingly needed.Meanwhile,the concentration of building complex and the complicated underground facilities around the deep hole make the support and protection more and more important.A preliminary research is conducted in the paper together with the actual project.In this paper,the author elaborates systematically the principles of the deep hole excavated for building foundation support and protections,the classification and conditions of support and protection structures,and the process of excavating such a deep hole.The author discusses the theory of earth pressure,particularly the earth pressure model theory,the formation of earth pressure and its distribution and size.Moreover,the author makes a research on the calculation and design principles of the deep hole structure of support and protection,particularly the forms of its destruction,the calculation of its stability and the deformation of earth around the deep hole structure and the designing of such a structure.Finally,the author takes for instance the residential building in Shanxi Engineering Vocational College,and then proposes the plan for building a deep hole structure including the calculation of stability and the design,and expounds the construction of the deep hole structure like dredging and excavation.The results have showed that the project have met the requirement and has achieved good economic and social accomplishments in the meanwhile.The project of building a deep hole structure is a comprehensive and systematic program,the support and protection plan of which has a direct impact on the programming,quality and cost of the whole project,and thus holds an important position in the process of building a deep hole structure.As the shortage of land resources in our country gets much worse,the utilization of underground space is therefore of growing importance,a fact that poses higher and more demanding requirements to the excavation and support and protection of the deep hole project.In addition,the features of the project such as regional restriction,high cost and the serious damages after collapse demand that the project must be carried out with a high rate of success and that the support and protection plan must be proper,secure,feasible and cost-effective.In this sense,a correctly designed support and protection plan is of particular significance.
